For over a decade he has dedicated his career to Construction development specializing in restaurant and entertainment venue. Through his hard work and dedication, his experience also includes condo conversion, ground ups homes, and townhome communities. After 3 Arts and Architecture Tours through Italy, France, and Germany he finds the fine detail in finish work a creative outlet. He has also spent a summer in Beijing studying the Mandarin language and yearly visit to Hong Kong reviewing functional designs and sourcing new materials. He holds his team to the highest standards of service and workmanship. He takes pride in better reshaping the Los Angeles Landscape.

Denis is a versatile, results-oriented, Construction Management professional with 20+ years in construction, management and development. Denis is a strategic problem-solver who envisions smart solutions and executes with urgency across all levels of the organization. An outstanding executive, armed with solid communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport with clients and staff. Denis’ business acumen, organizational talents and his forward-thinking coupled with the many years of construction experience have been of great value to our clients. Denis has completed over 200 projects, ranging from retail, hospitality, food service to custom homes and multi-unit developments, in both commercial and residential markets.

Born in Los Angeles, raised in Baja, Mexico. Studied Architecture, specialized in interior design. Believes that designing beautiful spaces is important but it’s even more important to design and build every space while thinking about what emotions it will transmit. When combining natural lighting, colors, and textures, a room becomes more than just four walls, it creates a sensation, a feeling a memory and that is what architecture is about.
